Chi Kung literally means 'energy exercise'. It is a litle bit like Tai Chi, the difference being that there are set movements, whereas Tai Chi has a sequence of moves.
Chi Kung is a gentle exercise system that combines slow, gentle movement with calm regular breathing. The practice has many benefits; the ultimate aim is to achieve balance, peace and harmony in our lives.
Chi Kung practice increases the body's energies and develops the feelings of health, strength and well being. Chi Kung uses the natural functions of your body to release stress, develop flexibility, and generate peace.
Chi Kung is suitable for anyone and everyone. The benefits are physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. With practive Chi King becomes like a meditation in motion.
