Since 2002, Angela has been working with many businesses on:

> Developing and Implementing Strategic Business Plans
> Coaching and Mentoring Directors and senior members of management teams

She has been described as a 'clear strategic thinker' and an inspirational coach. 
Angela qualified as a chartered accountant, and worked as Financial Controller with Reebok and latterly as International Finance Director with Ellesse. She has an economics Degree and gained her MBA with The Open University. She has also been Non Executive Director of a number of organisations including The Student Loans Company for 6 years.

She works with Boards on developing a clear and focused strategic plan which is aligned to the values of the organisation. She then works with the Board and senior team in ensuring the effective implementation of the plan. All too often, organisations spend a lot of time creating a Vision of their business, and then it gets lost in the day-to-day running of the business. Angela helps you stay on track and grow and develop towards the Vision.

As an inspirational coach, Angela has worked with many MD's, Directors, and senior managers to help them achieve both organisational and personal goals. Sessions are tailored to the individual and their objectives. Sessions can be challenging and outcome focused, however, each journey is incredibly empowering, fun and exciting.
