Since 2002, Angela has been working with Directors and members of senior management teams to raise self awareness, emotional intelligence and help them understand their own authentic self.

They empower people in their organisations and create a culture of development leading to confidence, self belief and success for the individual, team and organisation.

The most powerful relationship for anyone starts with themselves. The first step is raising our own self awareness - what are my key drivers? What makes me tick? How does my behaviour impact those around me? It is the start of the journey of taking personal responsibility for our own actions and the consequences of those.
