Taster Session

The Taster Session will include:

> experiencing the 18 Moves of Chi Kung. Chi Kung literally means 'energy exercise' - feel the difference even half an hour can make to you

> meditation - we will learn breathing techniques and meditation practice. Meditation has now been scientifically proven to have physical, mental and emotional benefits for all.

> raise your own self awareness through some personal development exercises and continue on your own journey towards the freedom of being who you truly are at all times

> learn and understand the connections between all four elements - mind, body, heart and soul
